Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Bomb Birdies. We want to ensure that you have a satisfying experience. Returns and/or size exchanges will be gladly accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns and exchanges are free for orders shipped in the United States.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Once your return or exchange is received, we will inspect the product to make sure it is in unworn and undamaged condition.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
Exchanges will be processed upon the receipt of the returned item. The newly requested item will be sent out and you will receive a tracking notification for the newly requested item.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. This will take place after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
